With 28 years of experience catering diverse events in a variety of locations, our team is both highly knowledgeable and adaptable. Today’s hosts often want their events to reflect their personal style and taste. We love partnering with you to bring your visions to life. We can help you starting from the beginning planning stage, suggest our ideas, and collaborate with you to create your dream menu.

We work with you to craft menus unique to your needs and budget, ensuring no detail is overlooked. We have catered all types of occasions, for groups ranging in size from 10 to more than 30,000. Kitchen-less venues are not a problem, we have the ability to cook onsite, as well as expertly transport our dishes from our Winston-Salem kitchens. Your guests are treated with great care, and combined with the quality of our menus; they are made to feel as if they are dining in a fine restaurant.

With 30 years of experience and talented staff, Catering by Simple Elegance is one of the best wedding caterers in the Triad area. We know how important it is that your big day be authentically yours. We work very closely with you to help develop the perfect menu, and the perfect dining experience.

 If you have not yet decided on a location for the ceremony or reception, please view our wedding venues, of which we are very proud to be on their preferred catering list. If you have already chosenyour location, we are happy to serve you there. We are fully insured to cater at any location and we have a full beer and wine license to serve anywhere in the state of North Carolina.
